Wilted Generation

Album artwork for a compilation of new techno tracks from a wide variety of new and established producers on Sunil Sharpe’s Earwiggle label.

As a general idea for the cover, Sunil had suggested a gloomy, dystopian feel with some type of reference to the cheapened state of art, and how society has become slightly brain damaged by technology driven lifestyles.

In response to this brief, I created a collage that consisted of distorted (or wilted) human body parts that have coalesced into a strange, disjointed entity. The extreme nature of the image, I felt, worked well with the music on the album, which is quite uncompromising to say the least.

I also created social media promos that showcased each artist featured on the compilation.
