Spliced

This was a self-initiated project that came about from trawling through the Flickr Commons for collage material. I thought it might be fun to mix and match some of the incredible natural history illustrations found in various library archives from around the world.

These images were later used as the artwork for “twoplusoneisfour”, an album of free improvisational jazz by Wilkinson, Turner & Meek on the Irish experimental tape label, Fort Evil Fruit. They are also available as a set of prints from my Etsy shop.
